Rania Bampasi
Co-Founder
Rania is a fundraising and grants professional specializing in public funding, grant writing, and development strategy for artistic organizations.
Rania was born in Greece, and later lived in Germany and the Netherlands before settling in Toronto. She feels deeply connected to the city’s vibrant cultural life. From theatres and museums to concert halls, comedy and storytelling stages, and literary events, she is amazed by the countless experiences the city has to offer. She is inspired by the artists and communities that make Toronto such a dynamic creative centre and feels extremely privileged that her work is connected to the talent that shapes the city’s multicultural fabric.
Her work spans the full grants process, from research and application writing, to reporting, compliance, and funder stewardship. Her background also includes donor relations, communications, and community engagement. Through a clear, structured approach, she supports organizations and individual artists in translating artistic vision into strong proposals and sustainable funding strategies.
She holds a Certificate in Publishing from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Master’s degree in Comparative Literature from Ruhr University Bochum, and a Bachelor’s degree in German Language and Literature from the University of Athens.
Eirini Moschaki
Co-Founder
Eirini is a fundraising and development professional with more than eight years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a proven record of securing significant funding from government agencies, private foundations, and corporate partners.
Her expertise spans grant writing, project management, strategic planning and communications, as well as designing data‑tracking systems that strengthen organizational capacity and demonstrate measurable impact.
Her experience also includes developing government relations strategies, enhancing evaluation and reporting systems, and leading cross‑departmental collaboration for major cultural institutions.
Eirini’s background also includes leadership in communications and marketing, stakeholder relations, and community engagement, supported by experience mentoring staff and coordinating large‑scale public programming.
She holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from York University.
